Dafabet Affiliate Revenue Share<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. You will earn an initial rate of 30% revenue share under the Dafabet Affiliate Program as provided below. The more real money players & revenue you generate, the more you will earn. You will be paid a recurring profit from your players month after month for as long as their gaming activity continues and your Agreement with Dafabet remains valid and subsisting as per its terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. We will pay you a revenue share which is a percentage of the total monthly Net Revenue from play on any of our Sites generated as a result of all Real Money Players you refer under the Agreement. The more Real Money Players you refer and the more revenue these players generate, the more you will earn. You will be paid a recurring profit from your players month after month for as long as their gaming activity continues and your agreement with us remains valid and has not been terminated in accordance with its terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. For avoidance of doubt, application of Revenue Share on monthly Net Revenue is on a scaling basis, meaning, if Net Revenue reaches above Level 1, the increased rate of Revenue Share will only apply to amounts in excess of the previous level. You will earn a revenue share based on the income generated from your referred Real Money Players. \u201cNet Revenue\u201d is defined as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 ALL OTHER DAFABET PRODUCTS \u2013 Referred players\u2019 total bets less (a) total wins, (b) bonuses, (c) comps, (d) admin fees (15% of gross revenue), and (e) fraud account activity. The difference is then multiplied by the given revenue share percentage above depending on the scale rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*For players under an Affiliate who signed up on Dafabet prior to the implementation of the new Affiliate Program terms, in January 2019, the reward plans already set for their accounts as of January 2019, will be retained and enforced accordingly. Details of the old reward plan can be found here.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Revenue Share Review, Automated Downgrades and Inactivity Rules<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dafabet rewards affiliates based on mutual growth, active collaboration, quality traffic, brand exposure, and long-term partnership value. Commission rates are intended to reflect an active commercial relationship where both parties continue to contribute to the growth of the brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For affiliates operating under a Revenue Share compensation plan, commission rates will be monitored automatically based on recorded affiliate performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If an affiliate fails to generate at least five (5) First-Time Deposits (FTDs) within three (3) full calendar months, the affiliate\u2019s Revenue Share rate will be automatically downgraded to 10%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If an affiliate fails to generate any new FTDs within twelve (12) full calendar months, the affiliate\u2019s Revenue Share rate will be automatically downgraded to 5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If an affiliate fails to generate any new FTDs within twenty-four (24) full calendar months, and there is no evidence of active promotion, brand exposure, traffic generation, or intention to continue promoting the Company\u2019s brands, the affiliate account may be subject to suspension, deactivation, or termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the avoidance of doubt, these downgrades are system-driven and applied automatically based on the affiliate\u2019s recorded performance within the applicable period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where an affiliate reactivates their promotional activity and generates at least five (5) FTDs within a subsequent three (3) full calendar month period, the system may automatically reinstate the affiliate to their previous agreed Revenue Share rate, based on Net Revenue, from the following applicable commission cycle, subject to traffic quality, fraud checks, and any specific terms agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Company may also review exceptional cases where an affiliate can demonstrate active promotional efforts, meaningful brand exposure, ongoing advertising placements, strategic market value, technical limitations, market restrictions, or other valid reasons affecting performance. Any exception must be reviewed and approved by the Company in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lack of traffic, lack of new FTDs, removal of brand placements, absence of advertising, lack of communication, or failure to actively promote the Company\u2019s brands may be considered an indication that the collaboration is no longer active or no longer part of the affiliate\u2019s commercial priority. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to downgrade, suspend, revise, or terminate the affiliate account and\/or commission entitlement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These performance and inactivity provisions apply to affiliates operating under Revenue Share plans and may also apply to Hybrid deal affiliates where the affiliate has stopped promoting the Company\u2019s brands, stopped generating new traffic, or is no longer actively collaborating. CPA-only affiliates and Hybrid affiliates may also be subject to additional performance terms as outlined in their individual agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. You are expected to actively promote Dafabet\u2019s brands in good faith and to maintain meaningful brand exposure, traffic generation, advertising activity, content visibility, or other agreed promotional activity for the benefit of both parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lack of traffic, lack of new valid First-Time Deposits, removal of brand placements, absence of advertising, lack of communication, failure to maintain agreed exposure, or failure to actively promote Dafabet\u2019s brands may be considered an indication that the collaboration is no longer active or no longer part of your commercial priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where Dafabet reasonably determines that you are no longer actively promoting Dafabet\u2019s brands, Dafabet may downgrade your commission entitlement, suspend tracking, suspend payments, revise the commercial terms, request evidence of promotional activity, suspend your account, deactivate your account, or terminate this Agreement in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dafabet may, at its sole discretion, review affiliates that demonstrate a genuine intention to reactivate, including evidence of new placements, new campaigns, new traffic sources, SEO activity, paid media activity, social media activity, influencer activity, or other meaningful promotional efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.  Dafa Tier Program \/ Sub-affiliate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also invite other persons or entities, excluding close family members and relatives, to become your sub-affiliate under the Tier Programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Tier Programme is designed to reward affiliates who help grow the Dafabet Affiliate Program by introducing new partners who can actively promote our brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Tier Programme can help you earn additional commission from your sub-affiliates. The commission structure for the Tier Programme is listed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dafabet Sub-Affiliate Program<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1st Tier (Master Affiliate) = Normal Revenue Share + 3% of Net Revenue generated by the Sub-Affiliate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2nd Tier (Sub-Affiliate) = Normal Revenue Share<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you wish to introduce a sub-affiliate, please contact Dafabet so we can review the introduction and support the onboarding process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the Master Affiliate, you are expected to ensure that any sub-affiliate introduced by you promotes Dafabet\u2019s brands in a transparent, compliant, and professional manner, in line with these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dafabet may request reasonable information regarding sub-affiliate activity where required for onboarding, compliance, traffic quality review, fraud prevention, or payment validation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dafabet reserves the right to review, approve, decline, suspend, or remove any sub-affiliate from the Tier Programme where there are reasonable concerns regarding traffic quality, compliance, fraud, abuse, market restrictions, or brand protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Deduction of the payments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 If referred players are involved in collusion, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, suspicious payment activity, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, incentivised traffic, restricted territory traffic, or any other activity considered invalid or non-compliant, Dafabet reserves the right to deduct, withhold, reverse, or remove the affected revenue share, withheld funds, or player accounts from your recorded referred players.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. \u201cCharge-back\u201d: A credit card holder discovers irregular transactions made on his\/her Credit\/Debit Card, which was not authorized by him\/her. The credit card holder then requests his\/her bank to reverse these charges. Charge backs relate to fraudulent use by a third party of the credit card holder\u2019s card or card number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8.1 Should your referred player process a charge back, the disputed or charged-back revenue generated by your referred player will be forfeited and will not be included for purposes of computing the revenue share due to you for the current month.

8.2 Should this deduction of the accumulated revenue exceed your current amount due, your balance will then revert to a negative balance, and you will have to earn revenue to cover the charge-back before you can start earning revenue again.

8.3 Unlike with a player making a big win, which only lasts one month, a charge back will stay due until the revenue generated by your other players has covered the amount due. We understand that this might be frustrating to the affiliates, but it has to be made clear that we can only pay you your revenue share from a percentage of your referred player\u2019s profits and not for fraudulent revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Payment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will pay affiliate commission by the end of each month for the previous month’s earnings. The following minimum payout thresholds apply before a commission can be processed and paid:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 International Affiliates: A minimum payout balance of USD 200 applies regardless of the chosen payment method (including cryptocurrency, e-wallet, and bank wire transfer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Local Affiliates (Bank Transfer & Player Wallet): A minimum payout balance of USD 100 applies for local affiliates using bank transfer or player wallet as their payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9.1 If an affiliate fails to reach the stipulated minimum payment amount in a particular month, the earned amount will be carried forward to the following calendar month until the minimum is reached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the account is in the negative, meaning customer winnings, chargebacks, deductions, adjustments, or other negative balances exceed customer losses or payable commission, the negative amount will be carried over into the following month or months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Revenue Share will be based on Dafabet\u2019s calculation, internal records, tracking system, payment data, player activity, fraud checks, traffic quality review, compliance review, and Net Revenue calculations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Negative commission balances will be deducted from available commissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9.2 Payment Holds and Performance Review<\/strong>

Where Dafabet reasonably suspects invalid traffic, fraud, bonus abuse, suspicious payment activity, non-compliant activity, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any other activity requiring review, Dafabet may place the affiliate\u2019s payment on hold until the review is completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment holds may also apply where the affiliate fails to provide requested KYC, verification, traffic source evidence, invoice information, payment confirmation, tax details, or any other documentation required by Dafabet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A payment hold does not waive Dafabet\u2019s right to downgrade the affiliate\u2019s commission rate, reject traffic, reverse commissions, apply deductions, suspend tracking, suspend the affiliate account, or terminate the affiliate account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the avoidance of doubt, payment holds and automated performance downgrades are separate mechanisms. Automated downgrades may apply based on the affiliate\u2019s recorded performance under Clause IV.A.4, while payment holds may apply where payment, compliance, traffic quality, fraud, or verification review is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. 10% processing fee will be deducted on bank wire payments to cover bank processing fees for affiliate pay-out balances of lower than USD200.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. All payments will be paid in USD or the currency of your choice when setting up your Affiliate Account. Where currency conversion is required, the amount due will be converted using our currency rates at the time the revenue share was earned. Any change in currency must be submitted via a written request or an email to our Affiliate Managers. Any request via email must be done using affiliates\u2019 registered email with the Affiliate Program only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. All amounts you earn under the Agreement are exclusive of all charges, taxes (including Value Added Tax, where applicable), duties, fees, excises or tariffs. Such charges, taxes, duties, fees, excises or tariffs shall be for your account at the rate prevailing at the time the revenue share is paid. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall be solely and primarily responsible for any taxes imposed on the revenue share by the tax authority in the jurisdiction in which you are domiciled for income tax purposes, but in the event that Dafabet is required to withhold any tax payable by and imposed on you by a tax authority in any jurisdiction where Dafabet operates from or in, you shall be solely responsible for the payment of such tax and you shall not be entitled to recover any such tax from Dafabet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13. Updating Payment Preferences. Affiliates are required to update their payment preferences on the NetRefer platform by the 5th of each month if changes are needed. Any updates made after the 5th may not take effect until the following payment cycle. This ensures timely processing and avoids delays in receiving commissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14. Player Attribution (Btag) Release. Where a player registers via an affiliate tracking link (btag) but does not complete a first real money deposit within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days of their registration date, the affiliate’s tracking attribution (btag) for that player will be automatically released. Following such release, the player will no longer be attributed to the originating affiliate, and any future deposits or activity by that player will not be eligible for revenue share or commission calculation under the Agreement. Dafabet reserves the right to re-attribute or classify such players at its discretion following the expiry of the 120-day window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
